Please note that due to the personal nature of our hats - i.e. that they are a “Custom made Item” - there is a strict NO-RETURNS and NO-EXCHANGEABLE policy so please be sure of your purchase in line with the regulations of the Consumer Protection.
If an item is damaged during shipping to you, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and return it within 5 days of receiving the item.
Just return the article sealed in its original packaging and its tag still attached (thereby obviously un-used/un-worn) within 5 days for an alternative or a refund. If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box.
If the item you return is defective, we will reimburse any postage costs in the form of a credit to your account: we cannot issue cash/Cheque or CC postage refunds...
For your own protection we recommend items are returned by recorded mail as the package is your responsibility for its safe arrival to us.
